Madasafish Anytime is an unmetered Internet access service for a flat rate charge of £16.99 per month. Since there are no Internet call charges, you can connect to the Internet whenever you need to, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without worrying about your phone bill.
- What will I need to register for Madasafish Anytime?

You must have a compatible telephone line; any non cable telephone line will carry the Anytime service.
You must also be over 18 years of age with one of the following debit or credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, or Delta.
- Can I connect to Madasafish Anytime from another location?

The Madasafish Anytime service is only available on the designated number you specified upon registration. When you connect to the Anytime service using the Anytime phone number the call to this number is free.
If your telephone number changes for any reason, and provided that your new telephone number is capable of receiving the service, you can change your specified connection number by visiting the Madasafish website at www.madasafish.com and logging in to the My Account administration area.
You cannot connect to your Anytime account using another BT phone number if you have not requested the necessary change. If you wish to connect to Madasafish from another phone line or location, you can also do so using our 0844 056 7000 dial up number and you will be charged a local call rate.
- How soon after I've signed up can I use the service?

You can start using Madasafish Anytime as soon as you've completed the sign up process. You will be given a small programme at the end of the signup process that will set up your computer to be able to access the service. Alternatively, you may manually configure your settings. You will also receive a confirmation email after your registration, confirming all your connection details.
- Can I stay connected all the time? Will you have a forced cut-off time?

This is not an 'always on' service and is not intended to support continuous or unattended Internet access. There is, therefore, an instigated disconnection after the following:
- A 10 minute period of inactivity; or
- 2 hours on continuous use.
After being disconnected, you can immediately re-connect to the service. If usage is such that it is significantly affecting service to other users we may instigate congestion control measures. This is necessary to allow all subscribers fair access to the service.
- Will I receive a copy of my invoice for Anytime?

Yes, you will receive a notice of payment by email each month.
- Can I change my credit or debit card details?

You can change update your credit or debit card details or any change of address by logging in to the My Account administration area from any page on our website.
- Do you support ISDN?

Yes, single channel ISDN (64K) is enabled on our Anytime service. In future we may introduce an upgrade to enable dual channel connections with ISDN (128k) on the Anytime package.
- Can I revert back to my 0844 connection?

Yes. You can revert back to using your original 0844 dial connection again if you so wish and your subscription will run to the end of the existing monthly period. Your 0844 account will also continue to function while on the Anytime package, should you require it.
- What if I want to cancel my Madasafish Anytime account?

Your Madasafish Anytime account has a 1-month minimum service term. We require 7 days notice prior to your next invoice date to cancel your Anytime service. All you will need to do is call our Cancellations Team on 0845 140 6002 between 9.00am-5.30pm on weekdays (except Bank Holidays).
Note: we can't reply to cancellation requests made by Ticket. Please contact our Customer Options team on the telephone number above who will be able to deal with your query.
